Stuart Greif brings over 20 years of global experience focused at the intersection of hospitality, customer experience, and technology to Forbes Travel Guide, where he drives strategy, enhances the development and pace of new products and services, and partners with the executive team on a range of strategic initiatives. Greif has significant global executive management experience leading strategy, P&Ls, operations, finance, sales and marketing in similar types of businesses, which makes him the perfect fit for this role.
Previously having served as Microsoft’s Senior Executive for Travel & Hospitality and leading J.D. Power's Global Hospitality and Travel group, Greif partnered with many of the world's leading luxury brands. At J.D. Power, he led global strategy, business development and product development to establish new offerings that enabled companies to elevate their service delivery and customer experience. His strong background bringing innovative digital solutions to the travel industry spans his work with start-ups, prominent tech companies, top tier consultancies, VCs, and private equity.
Greif started his career at Accenture when it was still called Andersen Consulting and holds a MBA in Strategy and General Management from The Darden School at the University of Virginia. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
