During his tenure with Marriott International, Muhammad played a pivotal role in multi-property pre-opening operations on Sindalah Island – NEOM. He contributed to designing seamless guest journeys, developing SOPs, establishing training systems, and leading multicultural teams to deliver luxury service at scale. His approach—rooted in data, empathy, and purposeful leadership—consistently strengthened guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational culture.

Now serving as the Pre-Opening Wellness Concierge & Experiences Manager at Jayasom Wellness Resort – AMAALA, Muhammad focuses on crafting holistic, wellness-driven guest experiences that are transformative and deeply intentional. He oversees guest journey execution, experience design, and cross-departmental service orchestration, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Jayasom’s commitment to harmony, wellbeing, and elevated luxury.
