Mohammad Rakan Al-Jarrah

Rakan Aljarrah is a Hospitality Researcher and Industry Analyst specializing in hotel operations and food & beverage performance. He is currently studying Food and Beverage Management at The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, a member of École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), while undertaking Food & Beverage training at the American Embassy. His work focuses on hospitality trends, including technology, AI-driven personalization, and the economic factors shaping the hospitality industry in the Middle East. Presently, Mohammad is thrilled to serve as a Chef at the Primland Auberge Resort Collection.
