Kilian O'Brien

Kilian O’Brien, a Project Manager with the HVS Miami office, graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in May 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. Kilian previously worked in the HVS Boston office. Prior to joining HVS in 2022, Kilian worked as the Accounting Manager for Hersha Hospitality Management at Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West, Florida. His prior hospitality experience includes opening two hotels as the Director of Housekeeping: The Adelphi Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York, in 2017 and Parrot Key Hotel & Villas in Key West in 2018. Throughout his university career, he worked at The Statler Hotel at Cornell University and Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
