Adam has a wide range of hotel operations experience spanning a 16-year career, including serving as General Manager for both Marriott and Hilton brands with a dual hotel appointment. His most recent role was the opening General Manager for the first AC Hotel. Adam has always believed that the well-being of team members is vital to providing exceptional guest service. He works hard to create an environment that values integrity and transparency. Adam’s accomplishments were acknowledged in 2020, when he received the Rising Up To Excellence Award, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to the industry. In 2017, he earned several honors such as the Distinguish Employer Award – BelcoWorks, Marriott Residence Inn Platinum Hotel Award, State of Ohio Creating Opportunity Award, Residence Inn Mix Highest %, and #1 ITR. 2016 he was presented with the Marriott Resident Inn Opening Hotel Award. Additionally, he received the Impressing the Guest Award and President Circle accolades in 2014 and 2015, respectively. Adam has a passion for travel and collecting Lego sets. He has explored 38 states with his son and is always eager to add more destinations to his list. Adam enjoys reading and listening to true crime podcasts in his free time.
