Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith co-founded Intouch Data in 2001 as a developer, focusing on building a business intelligence system from the ground up. Over the years, he advanced through various leadership roles, including Director of Development, Director of IT, Managing Director, and eventually CEO. In 2023, he oversaw Intouch Data's acquisition by MDO, which later rebranded as Otelier, where he now leads product strategy initiatives. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology.
