Heather Berti

Heather Berti, the SVP of People Services at Arlo Hotels, boasts over 20 years of experience in hospitality human resources. Her passion for culture, training, development and employee relations inspires her to create a forward- thinking, inclusive and innovative culture among employees at Arlo Hotels, which spans across New York City, Chicago, and Miami. Ms. Berti joined the brand, which is owned by Quadrum Global, in 2016 and throughout her time with Arlo Hotels, the brand has been recognized for its outstanding company culture, diverse portfolio of employees and positive retention among staff. Prior to her time at Arlo Hotels, Ms. Berti worked for a number of notable hotels and hospitality brands in the human resources departments. Her impressive resume includes her work with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, SoHo Metropolitan Hotel & Residences, Thompson Toronto Hotel and Commune Hotel & Resorts. She resides in New York city and will expand her work with Arlo Hotels to the nation's capital as the property opens Arlo Washington DC in Fall 2024.
