With over 25 years of international experience in corporate business, start-ups, and people management, Andrea Monti is deeply passionate about innovation, impact, and sustainability. At EHL, he leads sustainable innovation across the group, supporting students, alumni, and partners in building impactful ventures. Andrea also serves as a pro-bono mentor and advisor to start-ups and organizations, offering guidance on strategy, fundraising, and business growth. In addition, he is a guest lecturer and board member for various impact-driven ventures and foundations.
