Diane is a seasoned business executive and social entrepreneur, system thinker and ecosystem builder, on a mission to regenerate our societies and our planet. Diane has 20+ years of global experience in business, development, and NGOs, dedicated to social justice and environmental well-being, mostly in the Global South. After almost 2 decades working within public institutions (mainly International Financial Organizations) and corporate organizations (Senior VP International Development at Suez), she founded Regenopolis in 2021. Built as a collaborative platform with a holistic approach to support the emergence of regenerative communities, Regenopolis fosters indigeneous, locally-led initiatives in the realm of climate action, ecosystem restoration and cultural heritage preservation, harnessing philanthropic-public-private partnerships. As the co-founder of 700’000 heures Impact since 2023, alongside visionary hotelier Thierry Teyssier, she has been developing and supporting regenerative hospitality projects, spearheading initiatives contributing to the regeneration of local communities and surrounding natural ecosystems in Morocco, Peru and Mexico.
