Vincent Miccolis serves as the Managing Director for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey (MEAT) region at The Ascott Limited (Ascott), a globally renowned operator of serviced residences, with a portfolio of over 950 properties worldwide, including serviced residences, hotels, resorts and co-living properties, under a collection of acclaimed brands. With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Vincent is entrusted with the task of overseeing Ascott's operational portfolio's business growth and strategically expanding Ascott's footprint in key cities throughout the MEAT region. His pivotal responsibilities encompass nurturing and fostering relationships with property owners, collaborating with industry stakeholders, and engaging with government entities to support the broader tourism sector. Since Ascott's entry into the MEAT region in 2014, Vincent has been at the helm of the brand's remarkable expansion. As of today, Ascott boasts 46 properties and over 7,300 keys in operation or under development across the MEAT region, with a regional presence spanning the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Kenya, Kazakhstan and Turkey. Vincent embarked on his Ascott journey in London and subsequently assumed senior positions in Brussels, Marseille, and Paris before his move to Dubai. Vincent holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management, a Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management certificate from Cornell, and a Certificate from INSEAD.
