Since 2005 i've been developing my skills and knowledge in information technology in the Hospitality market. Having as main tasks the installation, configuration and maintenance of servers and network devices such as routers, switches firewalls, i've also expanded the abilities to implement Software and Oracle databases with the ability to do Data Recovery and implementation of Real Application Clusters. Most recently focused on the Network Operations, i've increased my competence in product Integration and project management. My inborn sense of service and communication skills naturally leads me to the position of Project coordinator between internal departments and external third party. The training is something that has been investing, has completed the Cisco CCNA certification and obtained the specialization in software interfaces to MICROS-Fidelio. And most recently attending the Degree on Computer Sciences and Software Engineering.
