Jonathan Hubbard

Jonathan Hubbard is leading the Hospitality team for the EMEA region at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest real estate services firms with approximately 51,000 employees in 400 offices across 70 countries. Jonathan has over 30 years’ experience in the hospitality sector across EMEA, working with a wide range of hotel assets from budget to luxury, and across capital markets, development, valuation, and advisory service lines. He has executed and led both single asset and large portfolio valuations in multiple jurisdictions throughout the region. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2017, Jonathan was responsible for Investor Services and the valuation and advisory teams across EMEA at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, where he also led the businesses in the Middle East & Africa and Northern Europe.
