Harry is a Senior Manager of the Valuation & Advisory Services in CBRE with main expertise in international portfolios and hospitality assets. With a degree in Hotel Management and over five years of experience in the real estate sector, he has developed a strong expertise in hospitality asset valuation, leveraging a solid foundation in hotel operation and real estate valuation. Active in various professional circles, Harry is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group committee, contributing to key industry discussions related to hospitality assets and student accommodations and fostering connection among peers. Harry has more than five years of experience in real estate valuation and advisory services, specialising in valuation, feasibility study, investment analysis, and development consultancy projects. In his previous role he was leading the International Client Services team, providing comprehensive valuation and advisory services across diverse asset classes in the Asia Pacific region, in particular Hong Kong and South Korea.
