Derek De Salvia is Executive Vice President & Chief Customer Officer at Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV). He is responsible for the company's Club Service, Inventory Management, Resort Operations and Brand Standard functions. Mr. De Salvia works to ensure HGV delivers unparalleled customer service to its owners, members and HOAs. Furthermore, he leads the company's overall customer service function, including sales and service compliance. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Sales Operations & Business Development at HGV where he grew and expanded the company's experiential platform - HGV Ultimate Access. Prior to joining HGV in 2019, he served as Vice President of Sales at Disney Vacation Club, where he led the organization's entire network of sales channels during a pivotal time for the company. With a track record of enhancing operations to exceed company goals, Mr. De Salvia has spent more than 20 years leading large sales, marketing and operations departments, with a focus on innovation and growth in alignment with companywide strategic priorities. He holds a master's degree in management and human resources and a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida.
