Serafim Karouzakis

Serafim Karouzakis is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. He currently serves as General Manager of both Santo Collection in Santorini and TUI Magic Life Candia Maris Resort & Spa in Crete. At Santo Collection - which includes Santo Pure, Santo Mine, and The Villas by Santo Collection - Mr. Karouzakis oversees the daily operations of three luxury, eco-conscious properties overlooking the Aegean Sea. His leadership emphasizes guest satisfaction, sustainable practices, and innovative business strategy. Mr. Karouzakis began his career as Assistant Banqueting Manager at Creta & Terra Maris Convention & Beach Resort, later becoming Operations Manager at Gouves Water Park Holiday Resort before assuming his long-term role at Candia Maris. He holds a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management from Minoan International College and completed the Hospitality Management 360 program at Cornell University. Fluent in Greek, English, and German, he brings a global perspective to every guest experience.
