Ed Fitch

Ed is a Partner with the UK Hospitality Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield, which is one of the largest real estate services firms with approximately 51,000 employees in 400 offices and 70 countries advising on the disposal and acquisition of hotel assets and businesses across the UK and Benelux. He has over 20 years’ experience in the hotel real estate investment market. Previously he was a Director at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, responsible for buyside & acquisition services in EMEA. Prior to that, he was based in Singapore where he led the investor services team for JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group in Asia. Ed has provided advice on the full spectrum of hotel properties, from budget to super luxury hotels, serviced apartments and resorts in Europe and Asia.
