Andrew Cohan

A seasoned professional with extensive real estate, marketing and account management skills in the Americas, Andrew Cohan has consulted for hospitality projects owned by family-run developers as well as by institutional investors in resort areas ranging from the USA to the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico. As education has been a life-long priority for Mr. Cohan, he attained educational milestones in each of the last four decades: a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), a second Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, and the extensive requirements necessary to earn the Member of the Appraisal Institute designation. Mr. Cohan specializes in assisting developers with concept development and market feasiblity for their new hotel, resort and branded residence projects and serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of wellness and sustainability.
