Motti Tadmor

Motti Tadmor is a highly experienced leader with a dynamic career trajectory spanning both the operational and technological facets of the hospitality industry. His journey began on the front lines, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience in various roles within hotel operations. Motti transitioned into the burgeoning field of hospitality technology by joining Micros Systems (now Oracle Hospitality). In this capacity, he guided the evolution of these critical systems, shaping products used by hotels worldwide and solidifying Micros' market-leading position. Motti then joined the hospitality startup StayNTouch Inc. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, he headed the Engineering and Integrations functions. Motti subsequently brought his technical expertise to TravelClick Inc. (later acquired by Amadeus), where he led key architecture functions. In this role, he focused on designing scalable, robust technology frameworks and solutions, ensuring the company's platforms could meet current demands while being positioned for future growth and technological advancements. His journey continued within the Amadeus group following the TravelClick acquisition. At Amadeus Hospitality, he initially took charge of Enterprise Program Management for North America. Subsequently, within Amadeus, Motti took on the critical role of leading the global transformation function. Outside of his extensive professional commitments, Motti is deeply connected to the outdoors. He is an avid fly fisher with a particular passion for pursuing trout, finding relaxation and rejuvenation in nature. His appreciation for the natural world extends to a broader interest in environmental awareness and preservation.
