As a Principal in PwC's Enterprise Strategy & Value practice, Paul is focused on leading Growth Systems Services that helps clients develop growth strategies, deliver new products/services/solutions to market and build capabilities to help them deliver more consistent, continuous growth. Throughout his career, Paul has worked with senior executive teams to design growth strategies that include launching new ventures, identifying market segments with unmet customer needs, and designing and bringing to market innovative digital solutions. Paul also helps clients design digital platforms (i.e., analytics, AI, cloud, etc.) and shape executable transformation roadmaps to increase productivity as they scale. Formerly Paul was a Principal and the Global & US Consulting Analytics Leader at PwC. Paul has deep project experience helping senior executives design innovative growth and market entry strategies; improve operating profits through creating more productive business and operating models; enhance customer experience; and design and manage multi-year transformation programs to deliver results. Across these areas, Paul focuses on helping companies redesign their business models to benefit from advanced analytics and monetisation of data assets; apply new analytic techniques to create novel solutions to their business problems; and help companies redesign their analytics and data organisations. Paul has worked across the financial services, insurance, retail, travel, and hi-tech industries in areas such as distribution, marketing, product/pricing, claims, valuations, and information technology.
