As a hospitality leader with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of hotel operations, I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional revenue, market share, guest satisfaction, and asset management results. I have successfully rebranded and repositioned several properties nationwide, enhancing their identity and value in the market. I am the General Manager at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Resort in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort. I oversee the daily operation of a 626-room property with 25,000 square feet of meeting space and two restaurants. I am responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, budgeting, and forecasting sales and revenue, monitoring payroll and food and beverage cost controls, and managing the brand service and standards. My mission is to provide our guests with a memorable and magical experience while maximizing profitability and performance for our owners and stakeholders.
