Mr. Leonard has managed every aspect of resort hotel operations during his distinguished career, from a 2,000-room convention hotel in New York City to a Dude Ranch, owned by Merv Griffin in Wickenburg, AZ. He has truly worked from entry level up through the hotel ranks, from Housekeeping to the Executive Office and many positions in between. One of Mr. Leonard's proven strengths is mentoring individuals and team building. He has the discernment to sense a person's abilities and enable their potential to flourish by guiding them in their most successful path. He lives by his mantra, Fast, Focused, Flexible, Fair, and Fun. He realizes that by his team working together, he can remain open to ideas and deliberate on decisions with others.
