Michael French

Michael French is Founder and CEO of RoomRunner, a company which provides on property services replacing traditional room service and mini bars by using automation. The use of robotics and automation in hospitality operations is an emerging use of technology in hospitality and Mr. French is one of the early marketing pioneers in this industry. RoomRunner was formed in 2024 and will enter the hospitality market in 2026. Michael’s career spans over 50 years in casino gaming and hospitality and during his career he has held senior leadership positions with major hotels and integrated casino resorts, in Asia, the USA, and Bahamas. Michael has held the positions of Property President/ COO, SVP Operations and Property General Manager and the property level and at the corporate level. His switch from hospitality operations to become a supplier of automated and robotic solutions occurred in 2022.
