Jonathan Knudsen

Jonathan Knudsen’s expertise is built on deep, hands-on industry experience and a distinguished education from both Johnson & Wales University and Cornell University. Raised in New York, Jonathan’s passion for hospitality began in his family’s owned and operated establishments. Determined to make the industry his life’s work, he went on to earn degrees in hospitality management and real estate development. He was groomed by global hospitality leader Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he led multiple teams across Southern California, the Caribbean, and New York City. He then joined pioneering boutique operator Morgans Hotel Group as an executive operational leader for its regional portfolio of NYC properties. After several years representing high-net-worth owners in the development of five boutique hotels, Jonathan founded Concrete Hospitality Group in 2016 with a mission to provide the foundation for the future of hospitality. Today, achievement is measured through operational excellence, thoughtful employee balance management, and the delivery of world-class service and experiences across a diverse portfolio of lifestyle-driven hotels and food & beverage venues.
