Hatai (meaning ‘Heart’ in Thai) is a transformative destination spanning almost 11,000 square metres of land, in the heart of Bangkok's historic Silom district. Located on the site of the original Narai Hotel, the development brings together two exceptional hotels — Six Senses Bangkok and the reimagined Narai Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt — alongside an extensive 6,000+ sqm retail destination to feature curated shopping spanning global lifestyle leaders to Thai independents, diverse culinary experiences from casual food halls to world-class fine dining, wellness facilities, and numerous gathering spaces in a community-driven setting. Designed in collaboration between world-renowned Heatherwick studio and local creatives, this sculptural icon fuses nature and innovation to spectacular effect while targeting LEED and WELL Gold standards. Hatai is scheduled to open in late 2027.
