The longest running catering exhibition held in Australia. This biennial event, known as the Big One, is definately the biggest and the best catering, foodservice and hospitality event held in Australia. The next event held in 1998 will be the 28th in the series and should like previous exhibitions, prove to be an outstanding event. Added attractions featured are, international and national competitions such as the International Salon Culinaire and the Official Great Aussie Meat Pie Competition.
