TORONTO - The latest foods, beverages and flavours from around the world are on the menu at this year's Canadian/International Food & Beverage Show, Feb. 15 - 17, 2004 at Toronto's International Centre, 6900 Airport Rd.

The F&B show brings together the most hospitality food and beverage exhibitors under one roof, making it Canada's number one show for menu re-engineering - just in time for the busy spring and summer seasons.

"In addition to new and exciting exhibits, the quality of our show audience continues to improve each and every year," says Pawla Lunney, CRFA's Vice President of Expositions. "Industry decision-makers turn to F&B for new menu ideas and the show is also popular with new and returning exhibitors, who cite audience quality, steady traffic flow and good leads as three of the best reasons to showcase their products and services at F&B."

In addition to sampling products from across Canada, this year visitors can taste the hottest new food trends from around the world, with exhibits from Italy, India, the United States, Barbados, New Zealand, Switzerland, Korea and Spain. Visitors are also invited to "Discover the World" at a new LCBO pavilion and sample products from 15 suppliers, available exclusively through LCBO's licensee-only program. Industry buyers can place orders at the pavilion for future delivery and learn more about LCBO's many educational services.

More than 11,000 visitors attend the F&B show each year to sample new products, watch live cooking demonstrations and learn more about local and international menu trends at the show's 670 exhibit booths. 2004 marks the 18th annual presentation of the F&B show.
