hogatec 2000, the world's leading trade fair for hotel, catering, and gastronomy technology, will be staged from 5 to 9 November 2000 at the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center. The dates were recently agreed on by Messe Düsseldorf and the hogatec Advisory Council, comprising suppliers and users of hotel, catering and gastronomy technology. hogatec 2000 will thus be staged in November, its traditional time, which both exhibitors and visitors deemed most appropriate.
