An excellent educational program has been planned with three outstanding professional speakers, Chip Bell, Debbie Bermont and Carolyn Gross, covering the topics of "Customers as Partners" ; "Outrageous Business Growth"; "Managing Chaos with Confidence" and "Seven Ways to Optimize Your Time".

In addition, two tracks (Owners/Executives and Management/Staff) of Concurrent Sessions featuring timely topics of interest to all involved in mystery shopping will be presented by experienced owners and staff members of MSPA member companies.

The Conference will kick-off with a reception at Long Beach’s newest entertainment venue V2O with delicious food, beverages and entertainment presented by the famous Paradise Steel Band. This year's "optional event" is a dinner cruise aboard the Caroline, a private yacht. Friday evening's Awards Banquet will honor MSPA members who have contributed to a successful year.
