After meeting the Honorable Dr. Ram Baran Yadav President of the Republic of Nepal at the Presidential Palace accompanied by Mr Prasidha B. Pandey President of Hotels Association of Nepal, a private visit to Honorable Prime Minister Mr. Jhala Nath Khanal at his office where his Excellency welcomed Dr. Aidi and mentioned to him that NEPAL looks forward to become a major tourist destination in the world. He expressed his happiness to learn that IH&RA will be holding its next world congress in Kathmandu during the first week of December 2011. He hoped that this will help promote the ongoing Nepal Tourism Year 2011.

Dr. Aidi informed him that IHRA will be meeting again in NEPAL for its congress for the SECOND TIME in their history as the prior Congress that was held in Katmandu was in 1984 (27 Year ago) where Hospitality leaders will meet again in a very rich and diversify program for the interest of all hoteliers’ worldwide and in particular the Asian one.
