The 45,000-square-foot boutique hotel will serve as a place for visiting parents and tourists to stay and experience the campus as well as a vital learning tool for the university's culinary and hospitality programs. Students will partake in internships at the hotel and attached restaurant and bar, and touring the hotel will be included in the program's regular classes.

The hotel will be located off of Kennedy Avenue, east of Confluence Hall, and is expected to be complete by February 2020.
