Concord, ON, Canada -- The newest release of PixelPoint's point-of-sale software, Version 6.0, is now available and will be showcased at the NRA Restaurant Hotel-Motel Show in Chicago. PixelPoint Technologies Inc., is the developer of PixelPoint 2000 POS for the hospitality industry.

After a year in development, this new version boasts a new look, with graphical representation for many of its functions. With the new look are many new and enhanced features. This new version supports a full delivery system including driver routing, multiple line caller ID and future ordering. The full delivery system was developed for version 6.0 to be completely integrated with PixelPoint's on-line ordering software, Web-to-Go.

New key features in the software are improved forced questions and kitchen printing controls. Now, forced questions allow for pizza style ordering, and this more intuitive design helps to improve the speed of service from server to kitchen. The new kitchen printing feature gives improved control over sorting, with the ability to configure priorities by course or by seating position. The sorting feature is also customizable to individual printers in the kitchen.
