Wyndham Signs Agreement to Brand 850-Room Bahamas Resort
Largest Property Franchise Contract in Company's History - Resort Undergoing $12 Million Renovation

The resort, Wyndham's largest property franchise contract signed to date, represents the company's re-entry into the Bahamas market.

The new Wyndham Nassau is solely owned and managed by Ruffin's Crystal Palace Hotel Corporation LTD, and is currently undergoing a $12 million renovation to its guestrooms and public areas that will include the addition of all Wyndham brand standards.

The resort's renovation focuses on its 850 guestrooms and suites, restaurants, public areas and landscaping. In addition, the hotel will also undergo an exterior re-painting and roof restoration program.
Renovation highlights include:
- Guestrooms: A brand new look throughout the guestrooms using a tropical color palette, which will enhance the rooms' bedding, draperies and carpeting.
- Main Lobby Entrance: Improvement of existing porte cochere, as well as new landscaping in all public areas. The lobby will also be accented with new furniture and carpeting in corridors.
- Pool/Pool Area: Complete interior renovation of pool area including lounge furniture, decking, public restrooms, pool floor resurfacing, as well as enhancements to the Flamingo Pool Bar & Grille and miniature golf course. The new Wyndham Nassau will also feature the brand's signature Pool Concierge service, providing personalized services at the pool.
- Restaurants: New and expanded Black Angus® restaurant offering an enhanced menu.
- Fitness Center: Enhancement to the fitness center including the addition of new state-of-the-art equipment.
The Wyndham Nassau, an oceanfront resort featuring its own private swimming lagoon and beach, is located halfway between the airport and downtown. Other resort highlights include eight food and beverage outlets, one of the Caribbean's largest casinos, over 30,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, and an oversized swimming pool with waterfall, spiral rock waterslide, Jacuzzi and swim-up bar.
