Renovation in Progress

The former Holiday Inn is undergoing a nearly $1 million makeover that will extend from the exterior of the facility to common areas and guest rooms/suites. Guests will immediately notice new signage and enhanced exterior lighting. Additional exterior improvements include landscaping and paint refurbishment. Scheduled modifications to guest rooms include new beds and bedding, new Ramada bath amenities, and upgraded bath fixtures, including spa-style showerheads. Common areas will be refreshed with new carpeting. The property's high-traffic casino is also scheduled for renovation.

The hotel's Skyline Room on the 14th floor offers unparalleled views of the Reno downtown skyline, the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains, and the Sparks downtown skyline. The 2,790-square-foot-room with a view is highly popular for weddings, parties and Quinceañeras.

The property's casino boasts 245 slot machines, five table games, sports-book for placing bets, and two bars for refreshments and watching sports.
