As the impact of the GFC on hotel guest demand, room rates and capital markets finally begins to abate in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific, astute owners and operators are looking to the future and working hard to get their hotels, resorts and serviced apartments Back on Track. To hear about the state of the recovery and the best strategies for exploiting the improving market conditions, leading hotel owners, investors, operators, developers, lenders, advisers and other stakeholders will meet at the Hilton Sydney from 7th to 9th July 2010 for the Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Hotel Industry Conference (ANZPHIC 2010) – the main conference event on the hotel industry calendar in the region.
