The prestigious Beau Rivage Hotel sets new in-room standard with Quadriga
As part of a major refurbishment project, the luxury Beau Rivage Hotel in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, is installing Quadriga's Sensiq guest communications portal, as part of ongoing plans to differentiate itself from local competitors and reinforce its ultimate five star guest experience.
Thomas Maechler, general manager and owner of the Beau Rivage, explains: "Maintaining our image as a luxurious and leading edge hotel is extremely important. By being the first hotel in Switzerland to implement the Sensiq solution, it means we are able to provide guests with something truly unique. I believe that the refurbishment and installation of Sensiq will have a significant impact on guest loyalty and repeat business."
Through Sensiq guests will have access to a wealth of relevant content about the area and the facilities within the hotel, including information on its recently refurbished O'Terroirs gourmet restaurant and luxurious spa. Guests will also be able to use the internet via the portal to access their emails, providing a relaxed, home-away-from-home experience.
"Guests are looking for a special experience, and I believe that Sensiq will help us to achieve this. For me it is the equivalent of the iPhone for the hospitality industry. Its interface is simple to navigate and encourages users to explore the services available, both in the hotel and the local area, which will increase new revenue opportunities," adds Maechler.
