The Central Asia and Turkey Hotel Investment Conference (CATHIC) taking place in the two days before EMITT, will debate the growing need for hotel investment in the region. The conference being attended by top level investors, developers and operators from this area and internationally will discuss the importance of raising finance in these markets against year on year growth in Turkish Tourism of between 5 and 20%. “There is a great need for hotels – and particularly mid-market 3-4 star hotels across Turkey.
