76 new hotels due to open in July 2012

Also during this summer new top hotels will open their doors – for July a total of 76 new hotels worldwide are on register with TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the leading online and subscription based database for international hotel construction projects (www.tophotelprojects.com). Considered to be the most interesting new openings are the Kempinski Ambience Hotel in Delhi/India (480 rooms), the Jumeirah Creekside Hotel in Dubai/U.A.E. (295 rooms) and the theme hotel "Bell Rock" at the amusement park "Europa Park Rust" in Freiburg-Rust/Germany (225 rooms). In August 364 first class and luxury hotels are due to open and it is scheduled that 285 new properties will welcome their first guests this coming September. According to the TOPHOTELPROJECTS database analysis approximately 1,270 new built hotels will be added to the global hotel and tourism market by the end of this year.
