AGOURA HILLS, Calif., November 27, 2012 – Nomadix, Inc., the innovator and pioneer of public access gateways, today announced they have settled the patent infringement case brought by Nomadix against Hewlett-Packard (HP) before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The settlement includes a license to HP under key portions of Nomadix's extensive patent portfolio in Internet access technologies. Terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
