Concorde Hotels & Resorts Selects Quadriga As Its New Partner For HSIA And In-Room Entertainment Services For Its Entire European Estate
Quadriga, the leading provider of technology solutions to the global hospitality industry, has been selected by luxury Concorde Hotels & Resorts to deliver integrated hotel technologies, including in-room entertainment services, High Speed Internet Access and High Definition TV programming in all of its properties across Europe. The agreement includes the provision of Quadriga's 3rd generation IPTV-based guest communications platform, Sensiq, its digital mobile platform Qvalet, flexible wired and WiFi Qconnect Internet services, and a wide range of LED TVs from leading brands.

Quadriga's Sensiq guest communications solution will enable Concorde properties to deliver an intuitive TV guest experience and a wide range of tailored and relevant multi-media content. It will also provide a powerful sales and promotional channel, specifically with its 'Direct2Guest' feature, which enables the delivery of high impact marketing and advertising campaigns to targeted guests. Furthermore, with Quadriga's Qvalet mobile service, guests will be able to interact with their hotel before, during and after their stay, to view valuable information, make bookings and reservations, and purchase products and services via their personal mobile devices.
