Kinseth Hospitality Companies Announce New Hotel Construction Project In Ankeny, Iowa
Kinseth Hospitality Companies (KHC), an Iowa based hotel development and management company, has announced their intention to construct a new Homewood Suites by Hilton in Ankeny, Iowa, near the interchange of Oralabor and Interstate 35. The development plan calls for the construction of a new, 85-unit, Homewood Suites by Hilton, extended stay hotel, which will feature a meeting space, indoor pool, and a full kitchen in every unit. The Homewood Suites by Hilton also includes a complimentary breakfast and evening reception at every property.
Bruce Kinseth, Senior Vice President of KHC states that: "We believe this is a great opportunity to provide an additional upscale, extended stay hotel option for overnight guests in the Ankeny area. KHC owns and operates the Courtyard by Marriott in the Ankeny market, and we realize how sought after the extended stay hotel is to the consumer in the area. We know from our past experience at other Hilton properties that we own and manage, that this hotel will offer the best extended stay lodging experience to business and leisure travelers in Ankeny. We expect construction on the property to begin in the early fall of 2013."
