CLEVELAND – Vantage Hospitality Group has always taken pride in its unique connection with its

Americas Best Value Inn®, Canadas Best Value Inn® and Lexington® by Vantage members. The company’s emphasis on openness and communication with its hotel owners has continued in 2014 with the addition of the All Access webcast.

All Access has been a popular session at Vantage Hospitality’s annual conference, as members get to

ask questions (no softball questions allowed) and speak what’s on their minds directly to President/CEO Roger Bloss and CFO/COO Bernie Moyle, with nothing off limits and no holds barred.

Now, instead of giving members this unique opportunity just once a year, Vantage has added

quarterly All Access webcasts with Bloss, Moyle and other members of senior management, where members can log on to ask questions, give their input and receive updates on their brand’s development, marketing, sales support and revenue management activity.

As always, members who cannot fit the webcast into their schedules are welcome to call Bloss or

Moyle at any time, and are encouraged to share their ideas with the member-elected Advisory Board and Ad Council.

“Vantage has always provided its members with an open line of communication and a voice in brand

standards, fees and marketing programs. Some of our best ideas have come from our members. By speaking with them on a daily basis, I am able to be more proactive in solving problems and, in keeping with our focus on education, learn more about the overall pulse of our brands at the property level,” said Bloss.

Educational opportunities also abound during Vantage Hospitality’s annual International Educational

Conference and Trade Show. Attendees are invited to earn a revenue management certification and Vantage-supported AH&LA CHA designation, while industry leaders from across the country lead dozens of educational seminars that cover a variety of operational, marketing and management topics. In addition, Vantage team members, including Bloss and Moyle, are on hand at every session, event and meal to get to know members and aid their hotel operations.
