Centara to open a new resort in Krabi
BANGKOK, Thailand - Centara Hotels & Resorts is excited to announce that their third property in Krabi will be opening in Q4 2016, Centra by Centara Phu Pano Resort Krabi. Krabi is one of the most beautiful destinations in Thailand. With close proximity to some of Thailand’s most recognizable landmarks, such as Phi Phi Island and James Bond Island, Krabi has it all from adventure to beachfront relaxation.
The soon-to-open Centra by Centara Phu Pano Resort Krabi is modern in design situated in a tropical setting, just a short drive from Ao Nang. The resort will have 158 rooms that vary from Centra Superior, Centra Superior Pool View and Centra Family Residence with all of the comforts for a couple to the family friendly residences with bunk beds. There are ample facilities for all to enjoy including a children’s pool. The Krabi International Airport is approximately 45 minutes by road while Phuket is only two and a half hours away from the resort.
As the Centra by Centara Phu Pano prepares for their opening, they have promoted Mr. Chalermrat Khumsawad to the position of General Manager from his previous position as Hotel Manager for the nearby Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi where he was working for the past three and a half years. Khumsawad has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked for well-known properties such as Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach Resort & Spa Phang Nga, The Emerald Bangkok, Ramada Resort Khao Lak Phang Nga, The Bel Air Panwa Phuket and La Flora Resort & Spa Khao Lak Phang Nga.
