TEL AVIV, Israel -- Set in an impressive round building with eight floors on the corner of Rothschild and Nahmani, the new stylish urban boutique hotel, 65 Hotel, will open on September 1st, 2016. Combining understated elegance and luxurious comfort all 74 spacious rooms in the hotel offer magnificent city views.

Before one even enters the hotel a spacious café welcomes guest and visitors inside. The large patio is an extension of the café located inside the hotel and offers guests the chance to sit outside and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Rothschild Boulevard. The café offers a rich and varied breakfast buffet to guests. In addition, it will be open to the public for all day dining, making it a perfect location to meet friends, family or colleagues for a delicious meal.

Heading the project were architects Haim Dotan and Moshe Vered. Mr. Dotan, who is a world renowned architect well known for his many creative projects, has most recently designed the "world's highest and longest" glass-bottomed bridge in China. The interior design of the hotel was entrusted to renowned designers Arik Ben Simhonand Leah Maller. The pair sought to offer guests a tranquil retreat inside the bustling "nonstop" city that is Tel Aviv. The interior space combines classic, modern and contemporary design elements to create a distinctive design experience for all guests.

An underlying Avant-Garde design theme can be seen in the four dominant colors which make up the interior space. Beginning with shades of green in the lobby and continuing to the bold contrasting color schemes of all eight hotel floors. Four floors of the hotel feature rooms saturated in fresh shades of white with a simple yet elegant design. The four white floors are contrasted with four floors of rich brown tones. Rooms feature a sleek and simple modern design with touches of blue scattered throughout the space, adding complimentary splashes of color to the main bold tone. Yet a unifying sense of comfort and luxury with a contemporary spirit brings together the overall hotel design.

Alongside the "hallmarks" of all Atlas Boutique Hotels: excellent breakfast, free high speed wireless internet, 'Happy Hour' drinks and nibbles in the evenings, guests will also enjoy other special services only found at 65 Hotel, including a mini bar filled with soft drinks free of charge and Nespresso machines in each room. Free underground parking (based on availability) is also provided.

According to Danny Lipman and Leslie Adler, Owners and Managing Directors of Atlas Hotels: "Being located in a cultural and financial center, Rothschild Boulevard plays a major role in the urban development of Tel Aviv. We are proud to inaugurate 65 Hotel in this center, which will be a great destination for both business travelers, tourists and locals all interested in an exclusive hospitality experience in a lively, eventful area."
