Kinseth Hospitality and West Development Announces Groundbreaking on Avid by IHG in Roseville, Minnesota!
Kinseth Hospitality Company (KHC) and West Devlopment are pleased to announce the breaking of ground at the construction site of the Avid by IHG in Roseville, Minnesota. The groundbreaking ceremony for the Avid by IHG, located at 3015 Centre Pointe Drive, took place on July 24, 2019. To kick-off the event John Connelly, Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce President; Pat Trudgeon, Roseville City Manager; Elisabeth Nowak, Roseville Visitor Association; Joe Maitrejean, Kinseth Hospitality Director of Operations; and Tom Noble, West Development President, each shared their excitement for the project. Following, a group of investors broke ground on the coming Avid by IHG which will offer guest rooms and amenities for both leisure and business guests.
"We're excited to bring this new brand to the Roseville community," said Tom Noble. "The hotel is conveniently located off I-35 west, in between Minneapolis and St. Paul, providing a unique stay to the area."

The 87-room hotel is being developed by West Development, Inc. and Kinseth Hospitality Companies and will be managed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies. It is expected to be completed Summer 2020.
