SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Opwest Partners and Hilton today announced a signed agreement that will bring Curio Collection by Hilton to Old Town Scottsdale's Entertainment District. Adding to the brand's growing portfolio, the property, developed by Opwest Partners, will increase Curio Collection's presence in the western United States and around the world.

"Opwest has designed this property with the guest's experience at the forefront to provide a unique stay for travelers in the area. In an optimal location with stunning views of the Arizona landscape and close proximity to surrounding entertainment and shopping options, Hotel Scottsdale Old town is a special project that will bring a well-designed, distinct full-service property to the lively neighborhood."

Located along Camelback Road at the former location of the famed Don & Charlie's restaurant, the hotel will offer 169 modern guest rooms, 4,500 square feet of meetings and events space, a full-service on-site restaurant, a lounge, a 10,000-square-foot pool deck, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and retail offerings.

The property will be the first ever soft-branded hotel in the market and is slated to open in early 2021, with construction commencing in the fall of 2019. Once complete, the Curio Collection hotel will bring an upper upscale lifestyle experience to the market and will be a great addition to the growing portfolio of one-of-a-kind hotels.
