AUSTIN, TX - Two public relations and branding powerhouses in the fields of wellness, spa, lifestyle and hospitality, Kim Marshall and Darlene Fiske, joined forces in June 2018 to create a communications firm specializing in the $4.5 trillion global wellness economy. Just two short years later, PRNews has awarded them a place on their prestigious list of Top 100 Elite Agencies in America for 2020. With offices in Austin, Texas and Los Angeles, California, their PR reach is global in scope and their 40+ years of combined expertise in the field is unmatched.

Since launching, the firm has represented travel and lifestyle brands including The Springs Resort & Spa in Pagosa Springs, Colorado - home to the deepest geothermal hot springs in the world and Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences on Singer Island - the dream child of Dilip Barot whose humble beginnings in India led him to create one of the largest and most comprehensive wellness projects in North America. Other S'Well clients have included a personalized vitamin company, a 22,000-square foot day spa in Houston and the inventor of the original weighted blanket. The founders have worked with brands such as Lake Austin Spa Resort and La Cantera Resort & Spa in Texas, The Beach Club in Charleston, SC, Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, NY, the Grand Wailea on Maui, Tahiti Tourism as well as orchestrating the launch campaign for Global Wellness Day.

The firm and its team of communications, graphic design and social media experts has also worked with the esteemed Global Wellness Institute to produce an eponymous podcast for the annual Global Wellness Summit (GWS) which launched during the organization's most recent gathering in Singapore last fall. Downloads of the Global Wellness Summit Podcast grew by a whopping 650% during the recent pandemic shutdown. S'Well also produces and hosts the #FIVEINTEN Leader Livecasts on the GWS Instagram page, highlighting beacons in the wellness space with live interviews. The Livecasts ask guests five key questions about how they have adapted their business strategies during Covid-19, and share stories of inspiration and resiliency.

"Take two parts creativity, add determination, fold in a global network, and sprinkle with magic. Let it rise. You have something S'Well," proclaims Nancy Davis, Chief Creative Officer & Executive Director of the Global Wellness Summit. "I have had the true pleasure of working with Kim Marshall and Darlene Fiske on projects that span the globe and the entire wellness industry. Simply stated, they're the best. They are partners and collaborators who have boundless energy, genuine warmth and great ideas. They do incredible work and deserve every award available to them."

The agency facilitates a signature LaunchPad Strategic Vision Session for each client and uses the information and ideation generated for succinct positioning, informed storytelling, media relations and influencer vetting to distribute content via multi-channel platforms.

In an early pivot during the shutdown's "Zoom Boom," S'Well used their expertise in the mindfulness arena and their network of wellness experts to launch Virtually Well Meetings.

This "best practices protocol" uses sensory modalities - such as live music, real time graphic facilitation, movement and mindfulness - to help make virtual meetings as effective and engaging as possible. Interested companies can also enlist S 'Well's all-star team to facilitate their online or in-person meetings.

Both principals also continue to oversee their own individual firms, The Marshall Plan and the Fiske Group. Fiske and Marshall have individually received honors in the American Spa Women in Wellness Awards as the Winner and as a Finalist for PR and Marketing Guru of the Year in 2018 and 2019.
