LONDON - STR’s preliminary May 2021 data for Berlin hotels showed slightly higher performance compared with previous months but at overall low levels.

  • Average daily rate (ADR): EUR70.53
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR): EUR11.99

Each of the three key performance metrics were the highest in Berlin since October 2020.
