Ironworks Indianapolis LLC

The hotel will be located adjacent to Ironworks at Keystone, the developer’s luxury mixed-use development project at East 86th Street and Keystone Avenue and provide visitors with the first boutique hotel on Indianapolis’ north side. The new 100,000-square-foot hotel, scheduled to open Summer 2017, will feature 120 guest rooms, small meeting/conference spaces, a fitness center and a rooftop lounge. It will also offer 15,000-square-feet of street-level retail space and a second-floor upscale restaurant.
