Fergus Group

Headquartered in Mallorca, the FERGUS Group is a Spanish hospitality company specializing in the repositioning, management, and commercialisation of hotel properties. Since its founding in 2011, the group has invested over €110 million in the modernization and repositioning of hotels along the Spanish coast and currently manages a portfolio of 34 hotels. The company is owned by Mallorcan entrepreneur Pep Cañellas, with Bernat Vicens serving as CEO. FERGUS Group operates through three divisions: FERGUS Hotels, tent Hotels, and Affiliated by FERGUS. FERGUS Hotels include stylish 4- and 5-star properties in prime locations across the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andalusia, and Catalonia, offering Mediterranean charm, thoughtful design, and experiences tailored to a wide range of guest preferences. The group’s total capacity includes 18,442 beds. The brand is further divided into three categories: FERGUS Hotels for sun and sea vacations, FERGUS Club for all-inclusive family getaways, and FERGUS Style for premium seafront escapes. The second brand, tent Hotels, launched in 2020, is based on a modern, unconventional lodging concept with a clean design and the innovative B&UB (Bed & Unlimited Brunch) model – offering maximum flexibility. Tent Hotels are currently available in Mallorca, Málaga, and the Costa Brava. Through Affiliated by FERGUS, the group also supports independent hotels in optimizing performance with professional structures and efficient operations.
