Hospitality in Health (HIH) is a Sustainable Gastronomy Agency recognized for its curated network of exemplary Michelin-starred chefs and sustainability experts in agriculture, life sciences, culinary arts, hospitality, and tourism. Founded in 2010 in the Netherlands, HIH supports leading hotels, restaurants, and destinations across EMEA that are committed to exceeding their responsible food and beverage goals and cultivating healthier food systems from farm to fork. Our mission is to accelerate the transition to sustainable gastronomy through evocative events & chef collaborations, culinary tourism development, and educational content, anchored in our core values: Health Cuisine, Environmental Stewardship, Responsible Innovation, and Socioeconomic Impact. In 2020, HIH initiated "From Farm to Fork in Jordan", aligned with the UN Tourism Guidelines for the Development of Gastronomy Tourism and Jordan's Economic Modernization Vision. In 2024, we presented our project at the 9th UN Tourism World Forum on Gastronomy Tourism in Bahrain.
